Failure to provide requested verification documentation will result in immediate order cancellation and full refund (minus any processing fees).

Delivery Verification: Upon delivery, recipients may be required to provide proof of age. Delivery will be refused if age cannot be verified, and the order will be cancelled with a refund issued.

Consequences of Violation: Any attempt to purchase products by individuals under the age of 18, or any misrepresentation of age, will result in immediate order cancellation, permanent ban from our website, and possible reporting to relevant authorities. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged or lost shipments.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Age Verification Liability: While we implement comprehensive age verification measures, customers are ultimately responsible for ensuring they meet all legal requirements for purchase. Adalya Point shall not be held liable for:

• Any misuse of products by individuals who misrepresented their age or circumvented our verification process
• Any health consequences resulting from use of our products by underage individuals who provided false information
• Any legal consequences faced by customers who provided false age information or violated age restrictions
• Any damages arising from the purchase or use of products by individuals under the age of 18

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or our products shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
