3. Package securely: Pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories
4. Ship back: Send the package to the address provided in the return authorization
5. Receive refund/exchange: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund or send the exchange

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.).
